How We Size an Old Scranton House

Start with the material, not the room count. A 10 yard is right for a single bathroom, a small plaster room, or dense heavy debris where volume runs out long after weight does. A 15 yard fits a kitchen tear-out or a packed attic. The 20 yard is our workhorse for full basements and general whole-house cleanouts, and the 30 yard is for bulky light material like furniture, panelling and cabinets across three floors.
